Lighting in the room is dark. Tv is not working. Wifi is not strong. No amenities so be prepared to bring your own towels, slippers, toiletries. Also be prepared to bring your own drinking water and carry it up your room because there is no elevator. Aside from all these, the location is topnotch though. It is within walking distance of all the eateries in binondo.
